Can I afford this?
We have very reasonable package pricing, much lower than most of the area's coordinators as well as a la carte services. We like to refer to ourselves as reccessionist! In this economy you CAN have an affordable, gorgeous wedding. We have lots of vendors that offer discounts just for being one of my clients. Fortunately this is something we love to do and truly enjoy doing it and feel it's extremely important to make it reasonable. After all...you'll need to worry about paying for that dress!!
Why do I need a Wedding Coordinator?
Many brides want to do it themselves, which is not only admirable but VERY time consuming and stressful. It's a common misconception that a bridal planner/coordinator makes your opinions obsolete. We are here to help you in whatever you may need; whether it is an eye for color, a wealth of knowledge, or a diffuser for stressful situations. We expect you to use us for our contacts, and let’s face it ladies...you really can't be two places at once. You need your bridesmaids by your side, your mother in her seat to watch you come down the aisle, the groom at the altar and me in the background so you don't have to worry about the caterer... or the DJ...or the band... or the limo... or if the photographer is capturing all the shots you want. You have fun...and let us worry for you.

What exactly do you do?
What we do vary based on your personal needs and the event. For corporate events we have to coordinate security, parking, the venue, etc. based on what will mesh with not only the company, but it must maintain a professional decorum and still be enjoyable. Much more work goes into a professional event since it must represent a larger entity. Weddings demand enormous attention to detail. Big or small we are with you every step of the way. Use us as much or little as you wish. Send us an email every hour with pictures of things you think you might like. We'll find a way to incorporate all these details into an event that will represent you as a couple. Some weddings surround fun, others have themes; some are funky and fresh, while others are traditional and elegant. Really it's you who calls the shots; we're the ones who reign you in and make it all work together! Baby showers, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties are more of a one stop shop. They require much less time to plan, but don't let that be misleading. We go all out for these too! No detail is missed and you'll hear your guests say things like "wow...this is amazing...best party ever...fabulous. Just fabulous"

I'm low key...I don't know if this is for me.
Regardless of taste, budget, theme, style, preferences or your mother...you have a lot to think about. We can create any event you imagine! If you want something small, intimate, with no fuss no muss we can achieve that. Our entire purpose is to keep your event low key. The last things you want to deal with are the unexpected bumps in the road. With us, you'll sail right over them.
